Exchange and Return:

In order to provide better customer service, all of your purchases from Shatha Al Oud store are subject to exchange and return within 7 days from the date of its arrival to you. All you have to do is:

  • Ensure that it remains in its original condition.

Wholesale sales do not accept returns and you can purchase the lowest weight of the product to try it before approving the wholesale quantity.

Replacement and return terms and policies:

Agarwood and incense:

  • The customer has the right to return within 7 days of receipt.
  • The size of the experiment should not exceed 5 grams for a kilo and a half kilo, 3 grams for a quarter and an eighth of a kilo, and 2 grams for an ounce.

  • The customer has the right to return within 7 days of receipt.
